Senior District Festival Reminders

Senior District Members, Final Reminders/Updates:

- Orchestra members, I have your Concert Dress info directly from the manager.  

(This is for ORCHESTRA ONLY)

Women – floor length skirt or pants/white top

Men – white shirt/black tie/pants/shoes/socks/belt

- For Band and Choir, please consult your Manager letter in your folder for Concert Dress Information for your performance on Saturday.

- We will depart at 8:00am tomorrow and Saturday.  Please go to your rehearsals until 7:50am, at which time we will load the bus and prepare to depart.  We will return approximately 5:30-6:00pm.  On Saturday, please arrive by 7:45am.

- There will NOT be a return bus on Saturday--Parents need to pick you up after the concert, if you are going home with another family, I need a signed note from your parents or an email

- Make SURE you have any medical necessities (as listed on your med form) including inhalers and Epi Pens.  If this was somehow left off of your med form for Districts let me know.  I have a list from the nurse of Epi Pen users.

- Make sure you bring your Music, Equipment, Extra Oil/Strings/Reeds/etc, Pencil, and optional Water Bottle (especially singers remember to bring water)

- Pack a Lunch for Friday and Saturday!  Snacks will be on sale during breaks

- Concert Tickets will be on sale Friday during breaks/lunch and on Saturday before the concert for $10. Any checks should be made out to S.E. District MMEA. 

- Saturday Concert Order is as follows:

1:00 – Jazz Band, Chorus 

3:00 – Percussion Ensemble, Orchestra, Band
