As the year draws to a close, there are some important updates that I wish to draw your attention to:

- Nows the time to schedule and register for your summer music plans! Register now!

Jazz Camp open to all singers (June 19-23)

- Vocal Jazz Info and Reading Session

Tuesday May 30, 6:30-8:00pm

- Final Exam will consist of a recorded vocal assessment that will be emailed to me, details will be revealed this week

- We will have one final week of sectionals next week June 5-9 in preparation for the recorded voice assessments that will count as your final exam. Sopranos (June 6), Tenor/Bass (June 7), Altos (June 8)

- Honors Vocal Jazz Ensemble Auditions for the upcoming year will take place June 12-14. Signup sheets will be posted this week (auditions will last about 20min, you can signup for a time slot for any of those days)

- Section leader letters of intent should be submitted at your earliest convienance if you are interested in applying to be a section leader for the upcoming school year

Let's finish the year strong and keep working to improve our vocal confidence, reading, sight singing, vowels, and technique!!

Vocal Jazz/Jazz Choir: Workshop after school Wednesday: 2-4pm, followed by a cookout at Caroline Wheatley's house

JAZZ CONCERT WEDNESDAY: 7:00pm START, Jazz Choir and Vocal Jazz Ensemble both perform along with Jazz Ensemble, Lab Jazz Band, Ahern Jazz Band, and Guest Artist Jeff Galindo!
