Weekly Updates: POPS Week!

This upcoming week is a busy one!  Our POPS concert performances take place next weekend on a Saturday and Sunday!  On Friday evening, we need all the help we can get decorating for the event so please come and help!

Weekly schedule:

Tuesday: Chamber Choir 2-3pm

Wednesday: Tenor/Bass Sectional 2-3

Thursday: Sop/Alto Sectional 2-3

Evening Schedule:

Tuesday Evening: Treble Jazz 5:30-6:30, VJE 6:30-8

Wednesday Evening: Vocal Jazz with Jazz Band 6:30-7:15

Friday Evening: POPS Decorating Starting Right After School

Weekly Updates April 2

This week, we begin preparing for the final performances of the year.  Attendance is very important!  On Monday we will look at new music.  Recordings are now on Dropbox.  Please listen to them tonight if you have a chance!  There will be a few new part assignments which you will get in the morning.

Afternoon On A Hill - Eric William Barnum

Medley from Les Miserables - arr. Ed Lojeski (for POPS!)

America The Beautiful - arr. Carmen Dragon (with Band and Orchestra for POPS!)

Vocal Jazz Ensemble: Rehearsal Tuesday Night 6:30-8:00

Next week Chamber Choir rehearsals will begin after school (Tuesday April 11).
