- On Saturday We Will Meet At 9:45AM by the GYM DOORS out Front (canopy)

- Bus LEAVES at 10:00AM. 

- Get To FHS Early As There Will Likely Be LOTS Of People And Traffic

MICCA CHOIR FESTIVAL: THIS SATURDAY (4/1) at Norwood High School

Our performance times are:

Concert Choir - 1:20pm

Women's Choir - 3:40pm

(Awards Ceremony - 5:20pm)

We will return to FHS between 6:00-6:30pm

There is a one-time festival admission fee for parents/family/friends 

($10, $5 student/senior citizen) to all MICCA performance sites which is valid for the entire weekend (Friday-Saturday) at all sites.

Also, quick reminder, Call Time Tonight For Singers is 6:00pm!

CALLING ALL FRESHMEN, SOPHOMORES, AND JUNIORS!!!

FMA Scholarship Auditions for 2017 Registration is OPEN!

Online Registrations closes this Friday, March 31st at midnight!

The auditions will be held on Monday April 24th from 3 - 6 pm

Prepare a solo piece and perform it in a short audition that will be scored.

Top scoring auditions will be rewarded with scholarships to be presented at POPS.

- Registration for the Summer Jazz Improv Camp and SIMC Is Now Open!

Important Updates! Friday March 24

Strong rehearsing this morning!  Thank you for your continued focus and dedication toward improving and advancing the music every day closer and closer to perfection.

Take care of your voices, drink lots of water, and get enough sleep

On Monday, I need help from leaders setting up the stage for rehearsal. 

We will rehearse in the auditorium on Monday.

Regular After School Rehearsals Next Week: 

Women's Choir: Tuesday & Thursday, Bass/Tenor: Friday

Please address your "Goals" over the weekend, and research the music (if you haven't already) to gain even more background about the piece/composer/text, also listen to the reference videos

Next week (and beyond), can we REALLY make a huge effort to try to be seated ready to start at 7:25am.  Showing up early and being ready to perform and work hard is the first step of every serious, professional ensemble.  Thank you to those of you who already do this on a daily basis

Due to the incoming blizzard on Tuesday, I have a few major rehearsal updates this week to announce, please read these updates over carefully.

- Recital Accompaniment Practice Will Run Monday 2:00-3:00pm

- Tuesday's After Women's Choir Will Be Postponed To Friday 2:00-3:00pm
- Women's Choir Will Still Also Meet Thursday 2:00-3:00pm

- Tenor/Bass Sectional Is Being Moved To Wednesday 2:00-3:00pm
